If you have inserted an audio file into your
presentation but it is not playing during the slideshow, there could be several
issues. First, make sure that the audio file is in a supported format (such as MP3
or WAV). Then, check that the volume is turned up on the computer or device
where you are playing the presentation. Additionally, make sure that the "Play
Audio" option is selected in the "Audio Tools" tab of the ribbon.
