PowerPoint crashes or freezes

If PowerPoint crashes or freezes while you are

working on a presentation, try closing any other programs that are running and

freeing up memory on your computer. You can also try running a repair on the

PowerPoint installation by going to the "Control Panel," selecting "Programs and

Features," and right-clicking on "Microsoft Office" (or "Microsoft 365 Apps") and

selecting "Change," then "Repair." If the issue persists, try creating a new, blank

presentation and copying the slides and content from the original presentation

into the new one.
