To insert a photo in PowerPoint, you can follow these steps:
Open PowerPoint and go to the slide where you want to insert the photo.
Click on the "Insert" tab in the top menu bar.
Click on the "Pictures" option, which will open a file explorer window.
Navigate to the folder where your photo is saved, select the photo, and click the "Insert" button. The photo will be inserted into your slide.
To resize or reposition the photo, click on it and use the sizing handles or drag it to a new location.
Alternatively, you can also drag and drop the photo from its folder directly onto the slide in PowerPoint.
Note: If the photo is not in a compatible format, PowerPoint may not be able to insert it. Common image formats that are compatible with PowerPoint include .jpg, .png, and .gif.
