Select the Slide
Click on the slide where you want to insert the video.Access the Insert Tab
Go to the top menu and click on the "Insert" tab.Locate the Video Option
In the "Media" group on the right side, find the "Video" dropdown.Choose Video Source
Click on "Video on My PC..." (for local files) or "Online Video..." (for web sources).Select Your Video
- If using "Video on My PC...":
- Navigate to your video file's location, select it, and click "Insert."
- If using "Online Video...":
- Enter the URL of the video and click "Insert."
- If using "Video on My PC...":
Adjust Video Size and Position
Click on the video to select it. Drag the corners to resize or click and drag to reposition it on the slide.Set Video Playback Options
With the video selected, go to the "Playback" tab in the top menu. Choose options of "Start" (Automatically) and loop (if needed) or adjust volume settings or use "Trim" to choose what section of the video to use as desired.Modify Animation Settings
Click on the "Animations" tab at the top of the window. Change the "Start" option from "On Click" to "With Previous."Open the Animation Pane
In the "Advanced Animation" group, click on "Animation Pane" to open it on the right side of the screen.Reorder the Video Animation
Find the name of your video in the Animation Pane. Click and drag it to the top of the list, or use the small white arrows at the top of the Animation Pane to move it up.Save Your Presentation
Go to "File" in the top left corner, then click "Save" to ensure your video is saved with the presentation.
