1. Access the Picture Option: Click on the "Insert" tab on the PowerPoint ribbon.
2. Choose Picture: From the Images group, select "Picture."
3. Navigate to the Image: A dialog box will appear. Browse your computer or storage location to find the image you want to insert.
4. Select the Image: Once you've located the image, click on it to select it.
5. Insert Image: Click on the "Insert" button in the dialog box to add the selected image to your slide.
6. Adjust Image Size and Position: Click and drag the corners or edges of the image to resize it, or click and drag the image to reposition it on the slide.
7. Finalize: Once the image is placed and adjusted to your satisfaction, you can continue editing your slide or save your presentation.
