At this time billing currency cannot be changed from U.S. Dollars. But, it is very easy to find "Currency Converters" online. Pay solutions like PayPal have built-in Pay and Billing currency changers. You can be paid in the currency of your choice if you are an Affiliate or pay a fee in whatever currency is convenient for you.
Other solutions like Payoneer offer services that are similar and offer other solutions for individuals outside the U.S. as well.
