The Animation Painter tool in PowerPoint allows you to copy animation settings from one object to
another. Here are the steps to use the Animation Painter:
1. Open PowerPoint and navigate to the slide containing the object with the desired animation
settings.
2. Select the object that has the animation settings you want to copy.
3. On the PowerPoint ribbon, go to the "Animations" tab.
4. In the "Advanced Animation" group, you'll find the "Animation Painter" button. Click on it.
5. The cursor will change to a paintbrush icon, indicating that the Animation Painter is active.
6. Click on the object or objects where you want to apply the copied animation. PowerPoint will
apply the animation settings from the original object to the selected object(s).
7. To disable the Animation Painter, either click on the "Animation Painter" button in the ribbon
again, or press the "Esc" key on your keyboard.
Note that the Animation Painter only copies the animation settings, not the content of the object.
Therefore, make sure the destination objects are suitable for the copied animation. Additionally, if you
want to apply the copied animation to multiple objects, you can click and drag the Animation Painter
cursor over the desired objects.
Using the Animation Painter can save time when you want to apply the same animation to multiple
objects in PowerPoint, allowing for consistent and efficient animation effects across your slides.
