If the video is not playing on the slide after inserting it, ensure that the video
file is in a supported format for PowerPoint (such as .mp4, .mov, .avi, etc.) and that the media
player settings are not muted or turned off. If the video file is not in a supported format, you
may need to convert it to a compatible format using a video conversion tool.
