• Drag-and-Drop Functionality: Drag and drop can be a time-saver! You can drag 

videos, images, sound files, and text from your desktop directly into your slides, or drag 

objects between slides to reorganize them. 


• Avoid Clutter: Keep your slides clean by limiting text and focusing on one point per 

slide. 


• Always Save: Press Ctrl + S frequently to save your work. PowerPoint can occasionally 

crash, so saving regularly is essential. 


• Use the Undo Function: Press Ctrl + Z if you make a mistake. It’s your best friend 

when experimenting with formatting and layouts.
