Inability to remove the shape effect:

 If you want to remove the shape effect from the video, 

select the video, and click on the "Video Tools" tab. Then, click on the "Video Shape" drop-down 

menu in the "Video Styles" group, and choose "No Shape." This will remove the shape effect 

from the video.
