HOW TO MORPH TEXT ↔ SHAPES

Created by Steve Minor, Modified on Sat, 4 Oct at 9:33 PM by Steve Minor

Steps (Symbolic Morphing):

1. Slide A: Insert a word like Hope using a bold font.

2. Duplicate the slide.

3. On Slide B, delete the text and insert a shape (e.g., heart, flame, arrow).

4. Go to Transitions tab on Slide B → Select Morph.

5. Preview in Slide Show—the text will appear to shift into the shape.

Pro Tip:

Use symbolic shapes to reinforce the message emotionally.

• Example: “Pain” morphs into a shattered circle.

• Example: “Grow” becomes a tree icon.
