LAYERING MULTIPLE ANIMATIONS ON ONE OBJECT

Created by Steve Minor, Modified on Fri, 3 Oct at 5:25 AM by Steve Minor

Want a phrase to bounce in, pulse gently, and fly out? You can stack multiple animations to create a dynamic feel.

Steps

1. Select object or text.

2. Apply your first animation (e.g., Bounce).

3. Click Add Animation (DO NOT re-click from the main list — it replaces the current one).

4. Choose your second and third animations (e.g., Pulse, then Fly Out).

5. Open the Animation Pane (Animations tab).

6. Right-click → Start: With Previous / After Previous / On Click for timing control.

7. Adjust timing and duration for smooth flow.

8. Preview your result in Slide Show.

Beginner Tip: Don’t overdo it! One entrance + one gentle emphasis + one exit = pro-level polish.
